Here are two great sites, 5MIN and SUTREE that provide access to a huge range of short instructional videos AND allow you to add your own. 5MIN provides a Smart Player, which offers different ways in which the video can be experienced (slow-motion, in reverse, zoom, watch by frame), and they include a story board as well, so you can get step-by-step textual instructions along with the video. 5min includes an embed feature.

Here is a great widget for your blog/wiki. The player can be customised to fit in your blog's sidebar. When channel owners modify their channel, their content is automatically updated across all the web pages 'tuned' to that channel.

Google's image and photo storage and sharing service, has been upgraded…They've increased their free storage allocation and also added the facility to directly link to individual albums and photos, making it easier to share them via e-mail or IM.
